Alphonso Mayo of Baltimore, MD represented Stevenson University at the Maryland Independent Higher Education Day Program in Annapolis

On February 18th, more than 150 college and university students and leaders attended Maryland Independent Higher Education Day. Each year, the Maryland Independent Colleges and Universities Association (MICUA) organizes a day of visits with legislators thanking them for their support of the Sellinger Program--the fund that has provided support for independent institutions for 41 years.

Stevenson University had the pleasure of bringing nine students to Annapolis to thank and ask Maryland senators and delegates for their continued support in higher education. We wish to thank Baltimore resident, Alphonso Mayo for representing Stevenson University!
