Austin Tennessee, a Business Administration major from Columbia, MD, selected to All-Middle Atlantic Conference Teams

Austin Tennessee from Columbia, MD along with nine of his teammates were selected to the football All-Middle Atlantic Conference Teams. Below are the student-athletes who were selected:

  • Austin Tennessee (First Team): Tennessee has started all 10 games at cornerback, ranking third on the team in tackles with 57. He leads the team with seven passes defended, ranking 10th in the MAC. Tennessee ranks sixth in the nation and second in the conference with three blocked kicks.
  • Devonte Williams (First Team): Ranking second in the MAC and fifth in the nation in kick returns, Williams averages 33.4 yards per return. He ranks third in the nation with two kickoff returns for touchdowns.
  • Trey Lee (Second Team): Lee ranks fifth in the conference in rushing yards with 89.8 yards per game. His nine rushing touchdowns are third-most in the MAC, just two behind the school's single-season record.
  • Scott Lange (Second Team): This season, Lange totaled 31 tackles with seven for a loss and two sacks along with two fumble recoveries. In his 34 career games, he has totaled 99 tackles, 18 for a loss, five sacks, three fumble recoveries and one forced fumble.
  • Razonte Dunn (Second Team): Dunn ranks second on the team with 65 tackles, which includes two for a loss, two forced fumbles and one fumble recovery. On Nov. 8, 2014, he had a career-high 12 tackles against Wilkes.
  • Billy Gunther (Honorable Mention): Earning his second All-MAC selection and becoming the first two-time all-conference honoree, he has started all 10 games this season on the offensive line and all 40 in his career.
  • Moses Anoh (Honorable Mention): Anoh totaled 23 tackles this season, with four for a loss and a team-high three sacks. In his 26 career games, he has totaled 77 tackles with 13.5 for loss and nine sacks.
  • Tim Campbell (Honorable Mention): Ranking fifth on the team with 54 tackles, Campbell has two forced fumbles and an interception. In his 37 career games, he ranks second in school history with 221 tackles. Last year, he was named to the inaugural MAC Academic All-Conference Football Team.
  • Shane Clough (Honorable Mention): Clough ranks fourth on the team with 52 tackles this season. He leads the team and ranks third in the MAC with four interceptions; he is second on the team with six passes defended. Clough holds the school record for interceptions with seven.
  • Cory Pietrzyk (Honorable Mention): In just his first season with the team, Pietrzyk leads the team in tackles with 80, including a team-best 9.5 for a loss. He has totaled 10 or more tackles four times and has two fumble recoveries, one interception and five defended passes.

Stevenson ranks in the top three in the MAC in defense; consequently, seven members of the Mustangs' defense were named all-conference. The Mustangs have now had 17 all-conference selections since 2011, with three first team, seven second team and seven honorable mention selections.
