Brady Heher, From Morristown, NJ, Earns All-MAC Honors

May 3, 2016: Stevenson University Elementary Education major Brady Heher is one of the five women's lacrosse players honored by the MAC Commonwealth, earning an All-MAC Commonwealth Honor.

Senior Carli Bafford earned first teams honors for the second year in a row. She is currently ranked third on the team with 27 points, 27 ground balls, and 24 goals. Bafford leads the team in draw controls with 56, while ranking fourth with 15 caused turnovers.

Junior Olivia Monterio and sophomore Jamie Bittner were selected to the second team. This is Monterio's second straight year making second team honors. She leads the Mustangs with 42 points, 30 goals, and 12 assists. Monterio also ranks second on the team in draw controls with 31. Bittner has started in all 17 games of the season, earning 20 caused turnovers and 24 ground balls.

Brady Heher and Shelby Walter were recognized as honorable mentions. Heher is tied for first on the team in goals with 30, and is placed second on the team with 39 points and nine assists. Walter holds second place in Mustang history for the most games played, with an impressive total of 72. She leads the league with an average of 2.24 turnovers per game, and also ranks third with an average of 2.76 ground balls per game.
