Breanna Springer, From Boonsboro, MD, Volunteered in Jamaica During the Winter Break

Breanna Springer is one of seven Stevenson University students to visit Jamaica during the winter break.

The students who attended the trip as part of a human services course, used their knowledge from the classroom to volunteer in a community organization near Montego Bay, Jamaica. Springer, and their classmates got to experience the culture, food, language, and history of Jamaica, while engaging with locals in cultural activities.
