Columbia resident Austin Tennessee is Named MAC Defensive Player of the Week

Stevenson University senior Business Administration major Austin Tennessee, has been selected as the Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) Defensive player of the week. Tennessee, a defensive back, was honored as player of the week after the Mustang's 31-26 victory over Albright College.

Tennessee made eight solo tackles, 11 total, during the game against Albright. He also registered a pass breakup, two tackles, and an interception during the season opener against North Carolina Wesleyan.
