Kayla Bias of Randallstown, MD Helped the Mustangs Break Four School Records

February 20, 2016: Computer Information Systems major Kayla Bias is one of the Stevenson University women's track and field team members that helped the team set four school records at the Susquehanna University Open.

Freshman Kelly Winklbauer participated in the mile, breaking the school record and placing third overall with a time of 5:22.88.

Freshman Jess Rega earned fourth place, and broke the Mustang's shot put record, with an impressive toss of 12.83 meters. Freshman Ariana Engerman broke the school record for the weight throw, and placed 14th, with a throw of 11.99 meters.

Freshman Meghan Incantalupo placed 10th overall in the high jump, matching her personal record of 1.47 meters.

The 4x400 team of freshmen Kayla Bias, Mary Sam, and senior Lanie Swanhart broke their own previous schoool record with a relay time of 4:27.07. Swanhart and Bias also participated in the 400m dash, finishing with times of 1:05.63 and 1:05.75.

Senior Monee Hill competed in both the 60m dash and 200m dash, crossing the line with times of 8.38 and 27.72 seconds.
