Laurel Kamosa, From Tall Timbers, MD, is Recognized for Outstanding Athletic and Academic Achievements

Stevenson University women's swim team member Laurel Kamosa, is honored alongside her team as a Scholar All-American by the College Swimming & Diving Coaches Association (CSCAA). The Mustangs are one of the 658 teams chosen as a Scholar All-America Team across the nation, and one of only nine teams recognized in the Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC).

Founded in 1922, the CSCAA - the oldest organization of college coaches in America - is a professional organization of college swimming and diving coaches dedicated to serving and providing leadership of the advancement of the sports of swimming and diving at the collegiate level.

In order to be recognized to this honor, the entire team must have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0. The Mustangs achieved a combined GPA of 3.44 during the spring semester.
