Owings Mills, MD, Resident, Sara Tarbert is Named to the MAC Academic All-Conference Team

Stevenson University women's basketball junior, Sara Tarberthas been selected as an Academic All-Conference Team player for the second-straight year. As a nursing major, Tarbert completed the spring semester with a GPA of 3.25.

In order to be selected to this honor, a student-athlete must achieve a GPA of at least 3.20 per semester during their championship season.

This is just one of the many honors Tarbert received during a successful 2016 season. She was also selected as a CoSIDA Academic All-District player, D3Hoops.com Third Team All-America Selection, and MAC Commonwealth Player of the Year.
