Peter Hoblitzell of Owings Mills, MD is Slected to a MAC Commonwealth All-Conference Team

May 6, 2016: Stevenson University men's tennis player and Environmental Science major Peter Hoblitzell has been named to a MAC Commonwealth All-Conference teams.

Junior Brain Gieselman was selected to the First Team, following an outstanding season. He was named MAC Commonwealth Player of the Week two times this season and was also named to the First Team last year. During this season, Gieselman has gone 16-3 in doubles, and 4-3 in conference play singles.

Senior Peter Hoblitzell is named to a MAC All-Conference team for the second time in his career, this year being named to the First Team after the 2015-2016 season. He was previously named Player of the Week and is the all-time leader in double match wins with a score of 14-2.

Troy Derrick, a junior, was named to the Second Team alsongside senior teammate Conrad Ellis. Derrick finished the season with a singles score of 13-3, while Ellis is a repeat Second Team Selection and has a 13-1 singles record, and a doubles record of 25-4.
