Rebecca Wong of Owings Mills Receives Level III CRLA Certification

Stevenson University and members of the Academic Link would like to congratulate Rebecca Wong for achieving Level III Certification at the Inaugural College Reading and Learning Association's (CRLA) Tutor Certification Ceremony.

The certification is part of the International Tutor Training Program, where tutors gain recognition for their hard work and are taught vital tutoring and mentoring skills.

In order to receive this Master level certification, tutors are required to fulfill a number of requirements including the completion of student-led projects, online workshops and modules, seminars, face-to-face training, and a minimum of 75 hours of tutoring experience.

According to Christine Flax, the Director of the Academic Link, the tutors are the "heart and soul of The Link," and the Inaugural Certification Ceremony is a great opportunity to celebrate their outstanding contributions.
