Shelby Walter, From Spring Grove, PA, is Named MAC Commonwealth Defensive Player of the Week.

April 18, 2016: Stevenson University women's lacrosse senior Shelby Walter has been recognized as Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) Commonwealth Defensive Player of the Week. This is Walter's second weekly honor.

During the 2-0 week for the Mustangs, Walter caused five turnovers and six ground balls, as well as scored her second goal this season. She is currently in first place within the conference with averages of 3.23 ground balls and 2.38 turnovers per game.
