Stevenson University Athlete Christyna Falden from Burtonsville MD, Attended the Orange & Maroon Classic Where the Women's Track and Field Team Broke Three School Records

Stevenson University women's track and field team member Christyna Falden gave an outstanding performance, and helped break three school records at the Orange & Maroon Classic. Brianne Lindstrom, Christyna Falden, Monee' Hill and Josephine Adutwum all broke school records at this event.

Lindstrom beat the school record for the 60 meter hurdles by .22 seconds with a time of 9.90 leading her to the finals, and fifth place overall.

Falden qualified for the MAC Championships, broke the school record, and placed eighth overall with a shot put throw of 10.38 meters.

Hill ran her fastest 60 meter dash of the year, with a time of 8.32 seconds. She now qualifies for finals, and placed fourth overall at the event. She also assisted in earning the school record as part of her 4x200 relay team.

Adutwan took eighth place overall in her event of the 60 meter dash and thirteenth place in the 200 meter dash. She was also part of the 4x200 relay team that broke the school record with a time of 1:56.11. Also part of this team were Hill, Falden and Lindstrom.

All three women will continue to prove excellence throughout the season as they move onto their meet at the Ursnus Pentathlon.
