Stevenson University Men's Track and Field Team Member Grier Melick from Catawissa, PA Competed at the Susquehanna Invitational.

Stevenson University men's track and field team competed at the Susquehanna Invitational, where two members of the team broke school records. With a distance of 6.42 meters, Freshman Seun Omolana broke the long jump record, placing eighth in the event overall. Senior Nish Patel, broke his own school record in the 3000m run with an impressive time of 9:34.07.

The rest of the Mustangs put on a great performance during the event. Freshman Kyle Rudman, earning 16th place, completed the 200m dash with a time of 23.81 seconds. In the 60m dash, freshmen David Miles and Devon Hightower finished the sprint with times of 7.53 and 7.56. In the 800m run, senior Michael Skaro completed the event in 2:12.28. Three team members ran the mile, all finishing with solid times. Junior Tom Fereguson ran a mile time of 5:01.11, while Thomas Adle and Grier Melick completed the run with times of 5:06.05 and 5:15.35.

Due to the Mustang's great performance, they will move on to the Susquehanna Open!
