Stevenson Universtiy Women's Golfer Emily Haas of Ambler, PA Wins NCAA Elite 90 Award for the Second Straight Year

May 9, 2016: Women's golf junior Emily Haas, is honored with the 2016 NCAA Division III Elite 90 Award for the Women's Golf Championship. Haas earns this award for the second year in a row, winning the Elite 89 award last year. She is a Fashion Merchandising major, with a current GPA of 4.0.

The Elite 90 award recognized student-athletes who has shown outstanding competition in their sport and reached the highest level of acadmeic achievement. The student selected must have the highest GPA out of all the students participating within the finals.

Haas finished second in this year's MAC Championship, achieving a two-day total of 176. This achievement helped lead her fellow Mustangs to their second-straight NCAA appearance.
