William Lewis of Centreville, MD is selected as a MAC All-Conference Team Player

Stevenson University football player William Lewis is one of the ten Mustangs to be named to a MAC All-Conference Team. Stevenson completed the season with a record of 8-2, going on to compete in the Centenial Conference-MAC Bowl Series.

Linebacker Razonte Dunn and defensive backs Austin Tennessee and Billy Lewis have been named to the First Team. Offensive lineman Nick Jachera, tight end Andrew Wysicki, and linebacker Rasheed Lashley were selected to the second team. Defensive lineman Austin Meyers, linebacker Brady Kempa, Offensive lineman Travis Souble, and wider receiver Cortez Taylor were recognized as honorable mentions.

Senior Razonte Dunn has played in all ten games this season, finishing third on the team in tackles, with a total of 71. Dunn totaled at least ten tackles during three games this season, also reaching a career-high of 11 tackles in a single game.

Junior Austin Tennessee is a two-time MAC First Team selection, also having been selected following the 2014 season. Tennessee holds the team high in interceptions, with a total of six, and completed 37 tackles this season. He also totaled 12 pass breakups and 18 passes defended, which places him 11th in the conference across the nation.

Junior Billy Lewis also played in all ten games of the season, and is tied for second on the team with five interceptions. Lewis is tied for fifth place on the team in tackles, with a total of 37. He also recorded four pass breakups during the season.

Sophomore Nick Jachera appeared in every game this season, and has played in all 21 games of his two-year career. As part of the offensive line, Jachera has assisted the success of the Mustangs allowing the fourth-fewest sacks in the conference with 15. The Mustang offense also sits 5th in the league with nearly 160 rushing yard per game.

Senior Andrew Wysocki played in each of the 10 games this season, and stands in fifth place on the team in receptions with a total of 20. Wysocki hold the team-high with five catches for 32 yards and a winning touchdown.

Senior Resheed Lashley recorded 31 tackles this season, including 3.5 sacks. Lashley opened the season with six tackles in each of the first three games.

Senior Brady Kempa ranks second in the conference with 85 tackles this season. He also completed three interceptions, two of which he achieved during the win over Lycoming, earning him the honor of MAC Defensive Player of the Week. Kempa reached double digits in tackles during five of the 10 games.

Junior Austin Meyers played in all ten games this season, and holds second place on the team in tackles with eight. He also holds second place on the team with five sacks, and ranks fourth in tackles with 45.

Junior Travis Soubie appeared in each game this season, and ranks fifth in the MAC rushing offense and fourth in total offense.

Junior Cortez Taylor lead the team with 39 receptions for 395 yards and two touchdowns, placing him 12th in the conference. Cortez achieved the season-high of catches in a single game, with eight against Albright.
